Sorry, but we don’t ship to P.O. boxes.

International orders are shipped with an average shipping time of 7-14 business days.

 

Shipping and handling does not include import duties into the country of destination. All import duties, taxes, and processing fees are the responsibility of the purchasers.

No, unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on exchange orders.

If we are out of stock you can sign up for a newsletter and we will notify you once the product is restocked.

Please ensure that all of your order information is correct at the time of purchase.  We are unable to make changes to your order once it has been processed. 

If you change your mind, please send us a cancellation request at info@jabcrosswear.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

 

Please note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request and let you know if we can process your cancellation.

 

Unfortunately orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
